assumed national and Tianjin key technology reform project
for three times, which successfully imported High Voltage
Silicon Diode, Silicon Rectifier Diode and Silicon Bridge
Diode with international level from Japan and USA. Insisting
in independent technology innovation, the company innovated
more than 30 items of special technology with advanced level
both abroad and domestic, which have formed the core

self-developed products is over 95%.
